How do I know if I’m eligible for a refund on the server I have ordered, and when will I be refunded?
If you were affected by the incident in Strasbourg (SBG), and you have received an email informing you about your eligibility to receive free credit, we will contact you in the week beginning 15 March to inform you regarding how to obtain it. For your most critical services that require a quicker restart, we recommend ordering one or more alternative solutions in one of our other datacentres, where we are increasing our capacity. In this case, the free credit will be applied retroactively on this new service.
