When will my infrastructure be available again?

Our teams are working hard to assess the timeframe accurately for restoring our datacentres, based on the audits in progress. At this stage:

• SBG1: Datacentre not put back into service. After inspection by teams with expertise, technical teams can access the rooms.
• SBG2: Datacentre powered down and secured.
• SBG3: Datacentre operational since 18 March.
• SBG4: Datacentre operational.

We will give you more precise dates as soon as the situation has changed.
