How do I contact support?

Due to the high volume of calls, OVHcloud customer support may not be easily reached by phone. If your production is in Strasbourg, we recommend activating the Disaster Recovery Plan, which is specific to your company’s internal organisation. For any other requests, please create a support request from your Control Panel. You can also follow the status of this incident here
