I am waiting for my Bare Metal Cloud services in Strasbourg (SBG) to be restored, as I received an email informing me that they will be restored shortly. How can I receive the free services?

No action is required on your part. You will receive these services free of charge until the end of May 2021, in line with our email offering three months free of charge.

• If you have already received an invoice for March 2021 for your Bare Metal services located in Strasbourg (SBG), the amount for these services, listed on this invoice, will be cancelled. Billing for the months of April and May 2021 for these services will be billed at zero euros (or in your local currency).
• If you have not yet received an invoice in March 2021 for your Bare Metal services located in Strasbourg (SBG), the invoices for March, April and May 2021 for your Bare Metal services located in Strasbourg (SBG) will be billed at zero euros (or in your local currency).
