Will my contract be suspended for as long as my service will be inaccessible?
If your service is inaccessible, your contract will be suspended for the period that is is out of service. It will resume under the same terms as soon as service is restored.
In the event that the service cannot be restored, we recommend placing a new service order under the free conditions that have been sent to you. In this case, you will need to start a new subscription.
