GDPR - How to immediately delete your OVHcloud services

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on your name in the top right corner and then on My offers and services.
2. Click on the ... button to the right of the concerned domain name, then on Cancel my subscription. Select Cancel service now and validate by clicking on Yes, cancel.
3. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the main email address of the OVHcloud account. Click on the link in this email to confirm the immediate deletion.

A period of 45 to 60 days, depending on the domain extension, may be observed before the service is effectively deleted.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on your name in the top right corner and then on My offers and services.
2. Click on the ... button to the right of the concerned service, then on Delete web hosting plan immediately. Validate by clicking on Yes, cancel.
3. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the main email address of the OVHcloud account. Click on the link in this email to confirm the immediate deletion.

A period of 45 days may be observed before the service is effectively deleted.

If your MX Plan Email service is linked to a web hosting, proceed to delete it (see above).

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on your name in the top right corner and then on My offers and services.
2. Click on the ... button to the right of the concerned service, then on Delete MX Plan immediately. Validate by clicking on Yes, cancel.
3. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the main email address of the OVHcloud account. Click on the link in this email to confirm the immediate deletion.

A period of 14 days may be observed before the service is effectively deleted.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on Web Cloud and then on Zimbra Mail.
2. Click on the Email account tab. Click on the ⋮ button to the right of each email account to delete and then on Delete.
3. Once all email accounts are deleted, click on the Domain tab. Click on the ⋮ button to the right of each domain and then on Delete.
4. When the associated domains have been deleted, click on your name in the top right corner and then on My offers and services.
   1. Use the Filter tool on the right to list only the Zimbra Email Account services. Click on Add to validate the filter.
   2. Select all Zimbra accounts then click the Actions button and Disable automatic payment.
5. Once these actions are completed, you can create a support ticket via the help center to request an accelerated deletion of the service.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on Web Cloud and then on Email Pro and select the concerned platform.
2. Click on the Email accounts tab. Click on the ... button to the right of each email account to delete and then on Reset this account.
3. Once all email accounts are deleted, click on the Associated domains tab. Click on the ... button to the right of each domain and then on Delete this domain.
4. When the associated domains have been deleted, click on the Actions button in the top right and then on Cancel. Follow the steps described.
5. Once these actions are completed, you can create a support ticket via the help center to request an accelerated deletion of the service.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on Web Cloud and then on Microsoft and select the concerned Exchange platform.
2. Click on the Email accounts tab. Click on the ... button to the right of each email account to delete and then on Reset.
3. Once all email accounts are deleted, click on the Associated domains tab. Click on the ... button to the right of each domain and then on Delete this domain.
4. When the associated domains have been deleted, click on the Actions button in the top right and then on Cancel. Follow the steps described.
5. Once these actions are completed, you can create a support ticket via the help center to request an accelerated deletion of the service.

2. Click on the ... button to the right of the concerned DNS zone, then on Cancel my subscription.
3. Once the cancellation is requested, you can create a support ticket via the help center to request its immediate application.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on your name in the top right corner and then on My offers and services.
2. Click on the ... button to the right of the concerned service, then on Delete my Private SQL hosting service. Validate by clicking on Yes, cancel.
3. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the main email address of the OVHcloud account. Click on the link in this email to confirm the immediate deletion.

A period of 45 days may be observed before the service is effectively deleted.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on Bare Metal Cloud and then on Virtual private servers and select the concerned VPS.
2. In the My offer section, click on Cancel. Select Cancel service now and validate by clicking on Yes, cancel.
3. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the main email address of the OVHcloud account. Click on the link in this email to confirm the immediate deletion.

A period of 30 days may be observed before the service is effectively deleted.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on Bare Metal Cloud and then on Dedicated Servers and select the concerned server.
2. In the Service status section, click on the ... button to the right of Status and then on Cancel my service. Select Cancel service immediately and validate by clicking on Confirm.
3. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the main email address of the OVHcloud account. Click on the link in this email to confirm the deletion.
4. Once these actions are completed, you can create a support ticket via the help center to request an accelerated deletion of the service.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on Bare Metal Cloud and then on Network and select the concerned vRack under vRack private network.
2. You must remove all services from a vRack in order to delete it. Select each service present in the vRack and click on Remove.
3. Once all services are removed from the vRack, click on the Cancel button. Validate by clicking on Yes, cancel.
4. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the main email address of the OVHcloud account. Click on the link in this email to confirm the deletion.

1. In the OVHcloud Control Panel, click on Public Cloud and select the concerned Public Cloud project.
2. Click on Project settings and then on Delete project. Validate by clicking on Yes, cancel.
3. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the main email address of the OVHcloud account. Click on the link in this email to confirm the immediate deletion.

A period of 30 days may be observed before the services are effectively deleted.

There is no cancellation procedure for SMS offers. An SMS account does not generate any monthly subscription or billing. SMS credits have an unlimited lifespan.
